PoolParty Exchange (PoolParty) operates on a sustainable and innovative revenue model designed to drive adoption and incentivize key stakeholders while supporting platform growth. Our primary revenue strategy revolves around transaction fees, reseller partnerships, and community-driven rewards.

Revenue Sources

OTC Fees: A flat 2.0% transaction fee on every OTC trade processed through the platform.

Charged to the Seller only
Buyers trade for free

DEX Trading Fees: A flat 0.5% transaction fee on every standard DEX trade processed through the platform.

Rewards Distribution - From OTC Fees

To ensure fairness and inclusivity, the transaction fees are distributed across the following key contributors:

Reseller Commission:

0.60% of transaction volume is allocated to third-party resellers who drive traffic and volume to PoolParty through unique referral links.
Approved resellers can create custom URLs using the PoolParty dashboard, making it easy to track and earn commissions from their referrals.

Project Partnership Fee:

0.60% of transaction volume is directed to partnered projects, encouraging collaboration and increasing engagement across the ecosystem.
Projects must be approved before earning commissions from their holder's transactions, and integrate our Telegram Gate technology for their top holder Telegram Group.

DAO Member Rewards:

0.60% of total volume is rewarded to DAO members, fostering community participation and governance.

Treasury Allocation:

0.80% of all volume goes to the treasury, ensuring long-term sustainability.
This allocation is reduced to 0.20% when a Project Partnership Fee is applied, maintaining equitable resource distribution.

How Reseller Marketing Works

Approved resellers generate custom links via the PoolParty dashboard, e.g., PoolParty.app/source=[code].
Any traffic that results in trading volume through this link earns the reseller 0.60% of the transaction amount.
